According to the "Notice of the National Standardization Administration on issuing the second batch of recommended national standards plans and related standards foreign language version plans in 2022" (National Standardization Administration [2022] No. 22), our ministry organized China Municipal Engineering North China Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.
